At Pikeyesong, we want you to love your candles. If you are not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns
You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unburned, and in original packaging
- Items must be returned with proof of purchase

To initiate a return, please contact us at 1287444599@qq.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your candle arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Non-returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Candles that have been lit or used
- Gift cards
- Sale items (unless defective)

Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or defective. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
