1. General Shipping Policy

2. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed and verified within 1–3 business days after full payment is received and confirmed.
- Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and national/public holidays.
- We may delay order processing for further verification, including but not limited to payment validation, inventory confirmation, address check, and security review.
- During promotions, holidays, or peak shopping periods, the processing time may be extended slightly due to high order volume.
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
3. Shipping Time and Delivery
- After the order is dispatched, the estimated delivery time is 7–20 business days, depending on the destination country, local logistics efficiency, customs clearance speed, and transportation conditions.
- Shipping timeframes are estimates only, not guaranteed. We do not bear responsibility for delays caused by:
- Weather disasters, natural emergencies, or traffic control
- Flight delays or transportation scheduling
- Customs inspection, document verification, or customs clearance procedures
- Local postal / logistics efficiency and transit issues
- Public holidays, peak shopping seasons, or special events
- Incorrect or incomplete recipient information
- The delivery time is calculated starting from the date the order is shipped, not the order placement date.
4. Shipping Fees
- Shipping costs are calculated automatically based on the order weight, product volume, packaging size, destination country, and selected shipping method.
- The exact shipping fee will be displayed on the checkout page before you complete payment.
- We may launch free shipping promotions from time to time. Any free shipping offer is subject to the conditions and minimum spend stated on the website at that time.
- Original shipping fees are non‑refundable unless the return or non‑delivery is caused by our error.
5. Shipping Address and Responsibility
- You are responsible for providing complete, correct, valid, and deliverable shipping information.
- We are not liable for non-delivery, delayed delivery, returned package, or extra fees caused by:
- Wrong or incomplete address
- Missing recipient contact information
- Unreachable recipient
- Address not accepted by local logistics or customs
- If you need to modify your shipping address, you must contact our customer service within 12 hours after placing the order. We cannot guarantee address changes once the order has been shipped.
6. Refund for Orders in Transit
- If you request a refund after the order has been shipped but is still in transit, we will process your request only after the package is returned to our warehouse.
- During transit, the order cannot be cancelled immediately. You must wait for the package to be returned by the logistics company.
- We will deduct the actual shipping fee, return shipping fee, handling fee, and any other costs generated during transit from your refund amount.
- If the package has already arrived at the destination country or is out for delivery, in-transit refund requests will generally not be accepted.
- Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned package.
7. Customs Duties, Taxes and Import Fees
- For international orders, your package may be subject to customs duties, value‑added tax, quarantine fees, or other import charges imposed by the destination country.
- All customs duties, taxes, inspection fees, and import‑related charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient (buyer).
- We do not pre‑collect, bear, or reimburse any customs duties or taxes.
- If you refuse to pay customs fees and cause the package to be returned, destroyed, or abandoned, we will not issue a full refund.
8. Order Tracking
- Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.
- You may track your order on the official website of the shipping carrier or our order tracking page.
- Tracking information may take 2–5 business days to update after the package is dispatched. 9. Lost, Damaged or Missing Packages
- If your package is lost during transit, please contact us promptly. We will assist you with investigating and filing a claim with the logistics company.
- If you receive a package that is severely damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 days with clear photos of the outer packaging, inner products, and shipping label.
- If the tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive the item, you must first contact your local postal service or courier company to inquire. We are not responsible for packages marked delivered but missing due to theft, misdelivery, or unauthorized receipt.
10. Undeliverable and Returned Packages
- A package may be returned to us if it is undeliverable due to invalid address, recipient absence, refusal to accept delivery, unpaid customs duties, or local regulations.
- In such cases, we will refund only the product value after receiving and inspecting the returned goods. We will deduct the original shipping cost, return shipping cost, and any related handling fees.
- If the returned package is damaged or lost during the return transit, we will not be held responsible.
11. Prohibited and Restricted Items
- You must ensure that the products you order comply with the import laws and regulations of your country.
- We are not responsible for packages seized, detained, or destroyed due to violation of local import regulations.
